How do I care for it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, separately for the first wash. Line dry in shade and warm-iron on the reverse.

Very close, but not identical. Each piece is hand block-printed, so small variations in print placement and colour are part of the craft.

Description

An indigo-and-ivory kantha quilt, hand block printed with a row of small botanical sprigs — leafy buds set in ogee-shaped medallions — repeating across a crisp cotton ground. The border is a stack of tiny florals, dots and chevrons, all in the same deep indigo, framing the field like a printed sampler. Running kantha stitches in navy thread trace vertical lines the full length of the quilt, giving it that softly rippled, well-loved texture the moment you unfold it. Layer it over a linen bedspread in a coastal bedroom, throw it across a reading chair, or take it on a picnic — it only gets softer with washing.
