1. About Us
Shivalaya Jaipur has hand block-printed cotton fabric and clothing in our own workshop in Jaipur, India since 1991, for retail customers and wholesale/export partners worldwide.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because each piece is block-printed and cut by hand, small variations in print placement, colour and finish between pieces are part of the craft, not a defect. Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience; orders are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to minor conversion differences at checkout. Prices, product availability and specifications may change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where an item is out of stock — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country on arrival; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or collected by us at checkout.

All text, photography, and design on this website belong to Shivalaya Jaipur and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
