Shipping & Delivery
We at Shivalaya Jaipur follows MTO (Make to Order) as a manufacturing process in which manufacturing starts only after a customer's order receive. Manufacturing time takes approx. 7-10 working days, time may vary as per quantity. The customer will be informed via email once the order is shipped. Once orders shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur we hand over your orders to DHL express. DHL Express delivers package within approx. 5-8 working days worldwide.
Note: Please provide a non PO BOX number.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Shivalaya Jaipur takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Shivalaya Jaipur website is not responsible for damage/shortage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
If you believe that the products are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer care or mail us at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts that the replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Shipping charges will be charged as per the weight. you can find the shipping amount at the time of the checkout or cart.
Customs and international shipping
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a buyer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our prefered logistics partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our prefered logistics partners for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay our prefered logistics partners directly at the time of delivery.
Shipping & Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. These alerts, emails and SMSs will contain a message about the courier company, website details.
A penalty may be charged if the shipping address is incorrect wherein the address and zip/post/pin code do not match. The customer will, without exception bear the cost of any such charges and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address and postal codes are correct.
Please Note: In the event of re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges.
