Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items received after this window cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached.
- Please include your order number or original invoice with the returned parcel.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Because much of our fabric and clothing is hand block-printed and cut to order in our Jaipur workshop, custom sizing, bulk/wholesale orders and fabric cut to a specific length are made specially for you and are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
4. How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.
5. Return Shipping
The cost of shipping a return back to us is the buyer's responsibility. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we cover the cost of return shipping instead.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. International Orders
We ship worldwide, including to the US, UK, UAE and India. Any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
